Dance for Parkinson's

Everybody is beset with a burden - mostly Parkinson's but some have other health issues - it doesn't matter they join in and we have become a group - almost a family. Today the wife of one of the members (she regularly comes to class) was crying. We are preparing for an end of year concert and as our tutors are from Sydney Dance Company the performance is real. I later found out her wonderful husband, Wil who is one of the Parky bretheren is going into care and she is heart broken as she has been caring for him. They hug and cuddle all through the class. Gary doesn't have PArkinson's. He has prostate cancer and is not good. He is an old queen and camps it up during class - he is a wonderful dancer and is in the front line of our end of year chorus li
